Today is my mom's birthday. She would have been 70, a milestone birthday. I miss her horribly and thought of her all day.
Thanksgiving and my mom's birthday have always been tied together. On some years her birthday would fall on Thanksgiving and we would celebrate both.
I am thankful for my mom and the time I had with her. I'm glad that she knew and loved my daughters and that they knew and loved her.
